Brentwood is two kinds of house in one city. There are the older homes on the original downtown grid, and the wave of master-planned subdivisions — Deer Ridge and Shadow Lakes by the golf courses, the 55+ communities like Summerset and Trilogy, and family neighborhoods like Garin Ranch.
