Cabinet Refinishing · Tracy, CA

Watch your kitchen transform.

Two coats of premium primer, two coats of Sayerlack — Italy's premium cabinet finish. Smooth as glass, built to last 10+ years.

New cabinets cost a small fortune and take weeks. Refinishing gives you the same fresh kitchen for a fraction of it, usually in days. Bronco Painting refinishes kitchen cabinets in Tracy and across the Valley and Tri-Valley using Sayerlack, an Italian finish that lays down smooth and stands up to daily kitchen use. Family-owned, since 2018.

Why Sayerlack

Harder than wall paint. Smoother than a brush.

Most painters brush on regular wall paint and call it cabinet refinishing. We use Sayerlack because cabinets get touched, wiped, and slammed every day. The finish needs to be harder than wall paint and smoother than a brush can give. That is the difference you feel when you run your hand across the door.

Oak vs smooth wood

Different woods, different process.

Oak has open grain, so it takes more work to get glass-smooth. Here is our oak process:

  1. Fill the grain.
  2. First primer coat.
  3. Sand everything flat.
  4. Two more primer coats.
  5. Two finish coats.

Maple and other smooth, no-grain woods skip the grain-fill and extra sanding, so it is a lighter process for a similar look. We will tell you which yours is when we see them.
